Lisa Higgins

Lisa Higgins is the current President and CEO at APQC. Lisa has been with the company since March of 1993, and has held the position of Executive Director since February of 2000. In their time at APQC, Lisa has led the benchmarking and research groups in conducting over 2000 studies. Lisa was also responsible for the development and launch of the Open Standards Benchmarking Collaborative (OSBC). The OSBC is the world's largest database of benchmarks based on APQC's Process Classification Framework. It has over 6000 participants spanning the globe.

Lisa Higgins has a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Houston.
