Benjamin Reedy has a diverse work experience spanning various engineering roles. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where they held positions such as Electrified Powertrain Calibration Engineer and Transmission Calibration Engineer. Benjamin also participated in the Chrysler Institute of Engineers advanced placement rotational program, gaining experience in Body Exterior Release Engineering. Benjamin's expertise extends to the automotive aftermarket industry, as they held leadership positions at APR, LLC, Dinan Corporation, and Holley, where they served as Director of Engineering. Prior to their engineering career, Benjamin served in the United States Army as a Blackhawk helicopter Crew Chief, Flight Mechanic, and Quality Control Supervisor, earning the rank of Sergeant within four years.

Benjamin Reedy began their educational journey in 2013 at Kansas State University, where they pursued their studies for two years. The field of study and degree obtained during this period are unknown. In 2015, they transferred to Oakland University and successfully completed a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they obtained in 2017. After a brief break, Benjamin Reedy returned to education in 2018 and enrolled at Kansas State University once again, where they completed a Masters in Business Administration in 2020.
