Teri R.

Teri R. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Teri began their career as a Technical Writer/Editor at Premier Performance Network in 2000. Teri then worked at Johnson Controls as a Technical Writer/Trainer, where they developed training materials and conducted software training for staff across the United States. In 2004, they joined Springettsbury Township as a Grants & Public Relations/Events Specialist, leading community initiatives and executing annual events. Teri later served as the Development Manager of Special Events and Rentals at the York County History Center and as the Special Events Director at the American Heart Association, successfully managing fundraising campaigns and overseeing volunteer teams. In 2014, they became the Vice President of Business Development at Special Risk Insurance Services, Inc., where they built and maintained relationships with key accounts and developed benefit enhancement strategies. Teri's role at D&H Distributing from 2015 to 2019 encompassed various positions, including Director of Marketing Development and Senior Director of Marketing Development & Events, where they led a team and built relationships with manufacturer partners. Currently, Teri is the Vice President of Marketing at APR Supply Co., overseeing marketing and business development strategy and managing a remote team.

Teri R. has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Public Relations from York College of Pennsylvania. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In August 2014, they received the GBDS - Group Benefits Disability Specialist certification from NUCO. In June 2014, they obtained the Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health Insurance Producer certification. Lastly, in December 2012, Teri obtained the ServSafe Manager certification from the National Restaurant Association.
