Elke Wunderlich has a diverse work experience history. Elke started their career as the First Vice President at Bank of America (formerly Security Pacific Bank) in 1968 and held this position until 1992. From 1992 to 2004, they worked in various roles at American Management Systems, including Deputy Director of Financial Services Europe and Senior Principal of Financial Services Practice Europe. In 2004, they took a break to explore new horizons before founding their own company, TopView Executive Coaching Ltd, in 2005. In 2006, Elke started working at TopView Leadership, where they served as the Founder, Executive Coach, and Consultant until the present. Additionally, they were an Instructor in the Certified Public Manager Program at New Mexico State University from 2008 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Aprendamos Intervention Team, starting in February 2017. Elke's work experience spans multiple industries, including financial services, healthcare, and technology consulting.
Elke Wunderlich has a diverse education history. In 1961, they enrolled in the Wirtschafts Gymnasium where they pursued a Diploma in General and Business. This program lasted for three years and concluded in 1964. In 1998, Elke Wunderlich attended Georgetown University as part of an Executive Program. This program focused on Organization Development & Change Management and lasted for a year, concluding in 1999. In 2006, they enrolled in the Newfield Network, where they pursued a Diploma in Professional Coaching and Personal Mastery. This program lasted for one year, ending in 2007.
Alongside their education, Elke Wunderlich has also obtained additional certifications. In October 2012, they became an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. Additionally, in January 2013, they obtained the certification of Abundance Intelligence Certified Leader from the Abundance Intelligence Institute.
