Dylan Rauch has extensive experience in human resources and employee management, currently serving as Human Resource Manager and previously as Human Resource Generalist at Apres Cru since February 2022. Prior to this role, Dylan worked at Gregorys Coffee from February 2020 to February 2022 in positions related to employee experience and as Store Lead. Previous experience includes a role as Talent Associate at Fit Small Business from June 2019 to February 2020 and General Manager at Gilded Otter Brewing Co from July 2018 to April 2019. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from SUNY New Paltz, completed between 2016 and 2018, and attended Pace University from 2014 to 2016.
