Emily Rivero is a seasoned social media manager with extensive experience in content creation and strategy across various companies in the hospitality and media industries. Currently serving as a Social Media Manager at Apres Cru since January 2024, Emily previously held the same position at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, where leadership involved the resort and its associated brands. As the founder of Big Wave Creative, Emily managed social media for small businesses and coordinated influencer partnerships. Additional roles include writing for Wild Sky Media and managing community engagement at several agencies. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Miami Dade College.
