Dr. Danish Farook MBA, CCM, ICCDP has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Professor at San Diego State University, teaching courses on arrhythmias, anatomy, physiology, and pathology of cardiovascular studies. In 2005, they joined Farook Surgical Group as a Physician, specializing in general surgery, bariatric surgery, cosmetic surgery, and aesthetic medicine procedures.

In 2006, Dr. Farook founded MedEd Consultants Inc. as the President & CEO, focusing on education and awareness in healthcare. Dr. Danish formed a partnership with Community Health Group to manage and educate its members.

Since 2013, Dr. Farook has been associated with Apreva Hospice, taking on various leadership roles including Vice President Business, Chief Business Officer, and Director. Their contributions to Apreva Hospice are centered around business development and strategic management.

Dr. Danish Farook has a diverse education history. In 1996, they enrolled at the University Xochicalco and completed a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in the General Surgery Residency Program. Following this, from 2001 to 2002, Dr. Farook pursued a Medical Internship and earned another Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. Dr. Danish then embarked on a General Surgery Residency from 2002 to 2006. In 2012, Dr. Farook attended the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine, where they obtained a degree in Aesthetics. Additionally, Dr. Farook holds certifications in various fields. In March 2019, they received the International Council of Dementia Practitioner certification from ICCDP. Furthermore, they are CCM Certified by the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC).
