Anne Staudhammer is currently the Managing Director and Head of Strategic Initiatives at April Housing, a Blackstone portfolio company. Prior to this role, Anne served as the Managing Director at AIG Global Real Estate where Anne led the investment platform targeting properties generating Historic credits. Anne also worked as the Vice President at Weyerhaeuser, underwriting commercial real estate loan and joint venture investments. Anne holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
