Ben Kurzius

Ben Kurzius is currently working as the VP Resyndication Project Manager at April Housing. Prior to this role, Ben gained experience as a Project Associate at MRK Partners and as a Financial Analyst at CBRE's Affordable Housing Group. Ben also has experience in real estate development and acquisitions, as well as market analysis and branding. Ben holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from McGill University.
