Øystein Dannevig

Øystein Dannevig has held a variety of roles in the finance industry since 1995. Øystein began their career as an M&A Advisor for Graff-Wang, Goller & Co. In 2001, they joined Bridgehead AS as an M&A Advisor, becoming a Partner in 2004. In 2007, they became Chief Analyst at Aktiv Kapital, where they were responsible for the valuation of non-performing debt portfolios and companies in more than 10 countries in Europe and Canada. Øystein then joined PRA Group (Nasdaq: PRAA) as Chief Analyst at PRA Group Europe in 2014, where they were responsible for valuation of non-performing debt portfolios and companies in Europe, as well as various statistical analysis, business intelligence, reporting, and predictive analytics. In 2016, they joined Avida Finans AB as Chief Analyst, where they were responsible for managerial responsibility for building a common data warehouse for 3 countries, testing/debugging the data warehouse, and making tools for self-service reporting and business intelligence. In 2018, they joined Aprila Bank ASA as Chief Analytics Officer.

Øystein Dannevig obtained a Master of Business and Economics in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School between 1991 and 1995. Øystein also obtained a certification from LinkedIn in Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Thinking Machines in June 2018.
