Peggy Nichols

Peggy Nichols, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in global HR business partnership and management. Currently serving as Senior HR Business Partner at Aprimo since July 2016, Peggy provides strategic support to the Global Research & Development (R&D) workforce across multiple countries, collaborating with executive leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations. Prior experience includes roles at Teradata, MISO Energy, Ascension, and Redcats, where Peggy developed expertise in various HR functions such as recruiting, performance management, training, and policy guidance. Peggy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a double major in Management and Human Resource Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
