Tiffany Woods

Tiffany Woods, SPHR ☁, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Tiffany began their career in 2010 as a Recruiter at Fieldwork and then moved to Creative Event Additions as a Management Intern. In 2011, they worked at Entertainment Cruises as a Human Resources/ Payroll Intern and also interned at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago as an HR Recruiting Intern. From 2012 to 2015, Tiffany worked at Sidley Austin LLP as a Staff Recruiting Coordinator. Tiffany then joined The Chicago Community Trust as a Human Resources Manager from 2015 to 2016. Later, they worked at Access One, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources from 2016 to 2019. Currently, Tiffany holds various roles at Aprimo since 2019, including Global Human Resources Business Partner, Manager, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Manager, and Director, HR Business Partners.

Tiffany Woods, SPHR ☁, holds a Master of Science degree in Training and Human Resource Development from the University of Wisconsin Stout Graduate School, which they obtained between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from DePaul University, with a minor in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
