Barry Rieger

Barry Rieger, CPA, currently serves as Partner and Managing Director of Transaction Services at Aprio, where Barry provides transaction advisory services across diverse middle market industries, including government contracting, technology, financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare. Prior to this role, Barry held the position of Senior Director of Finance at CNSI, overseeing financial operations and corporate financial planning. Earlier experience includes working as Associate Director at Protiviti, where Barry managed client engagements for large government contractors and construction firms, and as Manager at BDO Seidman, LLP, directing restructuring and corporate consulting engagements. Barry's career also includes roles as Senior Financial Analyst at American Capital and Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting, along with early experience as Staff Accountant at Rubino & McGeehin. Barry holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from The George Washington University and a BS in Accounting from American University.
