Matt Syrett serves as the Director of Client Experience at Aprio since November 2025, focusing on delivering personalized, high-quality client interactions. Prior to this role, Matt was with Jabian Consulting for nearly a decade, where as a Director, Matt led customer-centric product and strategy initiatives that significantly improved client experiences and operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes positions at Capgemini, where responsibilities ranged from leading order-to-cash initiatives to developing SAP implementation methodologies. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, both from the University of Georgia, complemented by leadership training from Stagen Leadership Academy.
