Senior Director Of Client Success at Carefeed

Katie Slivka has extensive work experience spanning over several years. Katie started their career as a Case Manager at Family Bridges in 2010 and worked there until 2013. Following that, they joined ImmediaDent as a Lead Patient Coordinator/Practice Manager for a short period of time in 2013.

In 2013, Katie joined PatientPoint where they held various roles. Katie first worked as a Relationship Manager, building trusted partnerships with healthcare providers in the PatientPoint network. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Training Implementation Specialist, ensuring that providers and staff receive full benefit from PatientPoint solutions. In their most recent role at PatientPoint as an Ambassador, Oncology Solutions, Katie worked closely with providers in the Oncology network, assisting in onboarding, installing, implementing, hands-on training, and troubleshooting of PatientPoint Point of Care products. Katie also developed in-house processes and traveled extensively across the United States.

In 2022, Katie joined Unlimited Systems as an Associate Implementation Consultant before transitioning to their current role as a Client Success Director at Carefeed.

Katie Slivka attended the University of Southern Indiana from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained two Bachelor's degrees. Katie earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health Services and also a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in the same field of study.
