Dr. Vasily Sidorov

Dr. Vasily Sidorov has extensive experience in the field of cryptography research and software development. From 2022-present, they have been a Cryptography Researcher at Heliax. From 2017-present, they have been the Founder of Aprismatic. From 2015-2017, they were a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Graduate Lecturer at Nanyang Technological University, where they managed research projects, prepared and delivered courses for MSc and PhD students, and provided expert feedback on topics such as Information Retrieval & Analysis and Data Mining. From 2010-2015, they were a Market Risk Management Specialist at IFD Kapital, where they managed external and internal data in order to estimate financial risks of market operations, market players, and industries. Finally, from 2008-2010, they were a Software Developer at Russian Railways.

Dr. Vasily Sidorov's education history began in 1997 when they attended Moscow State School 57 to study Mathematics and Computer Science. From 2006 to 2011, they attended Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) to pursue a Master of Science in Computational and Applied Mathematics and Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. In 2011, they went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
