Neil O. is a seasoned product designer with a robust background in user experience and design spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Apron since November 2023, Neil previously held the position of Staff Product Designer at Intercom, where responsibilities included transforming strategic goals into actionable product visions. Between 2016 and 2021 at Paddy Power Betfair, Neil advanced through various roles from Principal Designer to UX Designer, excelling in collaboration with cross-functional teams and driving strategic design initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and other companies, emphasizing user-centered design processes and successful project management in both design and event coordination.
