Erica Schmus

Erica Schmus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT business analysis and operations management. At APS Healthcare, a subsidiary of KEPRO, Erica has served as a Senior IT Business Analyst since September 1998, leading projects such as the development of a new Utilization Management product and overseeing various operational initiatives. Erica has also held the role of Data Management Representative/Clinical Systems Data Specialist III, managing internal operating systems, company databases, and training materials. In addition to this role, Erica is the Owner and CEO of E & J Concepts, a small business dedicated to helping other small businesses enhance their web presence. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communication and an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
