Tom Lacey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tom began their career in 1985 as the Regional Vice President of Operations at OneBeacon Insurance, a position they held for over 17 years. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as the Federal Employee Program Operations at Highmark. Following that, they joined Coventry Health Care as a member of the Service Operations team from 2005 to 2010. In 2009, they also took on the role of an Independent Business Builder at USANA Health Sciences. Lastly, in 2010, they became the VP of Service Center Operations at APS Healthcare, where they are currently employed.

Tom Lacey's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Robert Morris University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration with specializations in Finance and Marketing from Duquesne University.
