Damon Lynch

Damon Lynch is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the scaffolding industry. Currently, Damon serves as a Project Manager at APS Industrial Services, focusing on strategic consulting and business development since January 2011. Previous roles include Scaffold Estimator-Project Manager at Bell Scaffolding (Harsco), where responsibilities encompassed sales, estimating, design, and site liaison. Damon's career began as a Leading Hand Scaffolder at Rigblast Scaffolding and Nomad Scaffolding, developing skills in supervising, site logistics, and safety duties. Additional experience includes supervisory positions at Edinburgh Kwiktowers and training at GKN Kwikform. Educational credentials consist of training from CITB, Bircham Newton Training College, and a high school diploma from Tynecastle High School in Edinburgh.
