Kathryn McCann has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the National Customer Service Manager at APS Industrial since October 2018. Prior to this role, Kathryn worked at Siemens Industry from 2010 to September 2018, holding various positions including Manager of Industry Order Management and Commercial Manager for both Motion Control and Products/Systems business. Kathryn's earlier experience includes roles at Siemens Building Technologies from 2004 to 2010 as a Commercial Officer and Inventory Controller, as well as Customer Service/Sales Support at Landis & Staefa/Siemens Building Technologies from 1996 to 2004.
