Alenka Mladina is the CEO, CMO, and Founder of Inspirezz, a specialized marketing agency for the recruitment industry, where over 30 staffing companies have achieved increased visibility and success since June 2020. With over 20 years of experience, Alenka has been instrumental in tailoring marketing solutions to meet client needs. In addition to current roles at Inspirezz, Alenka serves as a Judge for the APSCo Awards for Excellence 2024 and chairs the Marketing Forum at APSCo Deutschland, fostering collaboration among marketing professionals in the staffing sector. Previous experience includes senior marketing and public relations roles at Robert Half, Trimedia, and ITPR. Alenka holds a Diplom-Kauffrau degree from the University of Augsburg, specializing in auditing and controlling.
