Britni Miles, CESP™, holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, Societies, and Justice with a minor in Political Science from the University of Washington. With over 15 years of experience in employment supports for people with disabilities, Brit has worked as a direct support professional and served as a Career Services Manager at My Possibilities from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Brit is a Training Associate at UMass Boston and a Board Member for APSE, while also being the Founding President of Texas APSE. Brit is dedicated to promoting best practices in Competitive, Integrated Employment and has designed corporate affirmative action hiring programs for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.
