Christa Rainwater (she/her)

Christa Rainwater has a diverse work experience in various organizations. In 2014, they worked as a Member Services Assistant at the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) for a period of eight months. From 2015 to 2017, they held multiple roles at the International City/County Management Association (ICMA), including Assistant Program Manager, Membership Specialist, and Program Manager for Career and Equity Advancement. Christa was responsible for managing various programs, organizing events, and overseeing budgeting and administrative tasks. Since 2019, Christa has been working at the APSE - Association of People Supporting EmploymentFirst as the Director of Membership and Chapter Engagement.

Christa Rainwater obtained a Master's Degree in Secondary Education from The George Washington University from 2008 to 2010. Christa also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University of South Florida, although the specific years of their enrollment were not provided. In addition to their academic background, they have obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
