James Scutt began their work experience in 1996 at People Inc. where they served as an Associate Vice President. People Inc. is an organization that supports individuals with disabling conditions or special needs to thrive in an inclusive society. In 2012, they transitioned to APSE, where they took on the role of President. APSE is a statewide training and advocacy organization in New York that promotes integrated and supported employment for people with disabilities.
