Ashley Sears, MSW, LCSW, AADC, ADS is a licensed clinician with extensive experience in providing outpatient clinical treatment for adolescents and adults facing mental health and substance use challenges. Currently employed at APT Foundation since July 2012, Ashley collaborates with a multidisciplinary clinical team and specializes in Medicated Assisted Treatment and intensive outpatient programs. Additional experience includes roles at Achieve Wellness LLC as a licensed clinician and previously as a primary therapist at Achieve Wellness Center, where Ashley delivered individual and family therapy with a developmental and trauma-informed approach. Ashley's foundational experience includes internship positions at The Child and Family Guidance Center, Madison Youth and Family Services, and Child and Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut. Ashley holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Social Work from Albertus Magnus College.
