Zachary Resnick is a versatile freelance writer and editor with experience in food, arts and culture, and travel, currently working as a freelance writer since January 2024. Zachary has contributed to notable platforms such as Edible Ottawa, focusing on local food and drink narratives, and apt613, an award-winning blog dedicated to Ottawa's arts scene. Prior experience includes roles as Head Writer/Researcher at Gusto Worldwide Media and culinary positions, including Sous Chef at Fauna Food+Bar, Restaurant Chef at Fairmont Château Laurier, and Chef De Cuisine at Bar Laurel. Zachary holds multiple culinary certificates from Algonquin College and a Food & Travel Writing certificate from The University of British Columbia.
