Nadal Sarkytbayev has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2017, they founded ApTap and serves as a Board Member. During the same year, they also became a Member of Founders of the Future, collaborating with other members to invent groundbreaking ideas. In 2017, Nadal also worked as an Entrepreneur at Imperial Enterprise Lab and as a Member at Deep Science Ventures.

In 2019, Nadal joined NatWest as a Pre-Accelerator, where they supported entrepreneurs in taking their early-stage businesses to the next level. Nadal also participated in the Business Growth Programme at London & Partners, providing support to SMEs in the Life Sciences, Digital/Tech, Creative, Media, and Telecoms sectors.

In 2020, Nadal engaged in two accelerator programs. Nadal became an Accelerator at TSB Bank, supporting Open Banking start-ups through a 6-month program that included mentoring, workspace, and fundraising advice. Nadal also joined the FinTech Innovation Lab, run by Accenture, to help start-ups build connections and gain valuable insights for business growth.

In 2021, Nadal became a Member of Startup Grind, connecting with the most connected startup network in the world, and gaining exclusive resources and networking opportunities with experts and peers. Throughout their work experience, Nadal has demonstrated a passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and supporting early-stage businesses.

Nadal Sarkytbayev began their tertiary education in 2011 at Loughborough University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering. Nadal completed this degree in 2012. Following this, they continued their studies at Loughborough University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics in 2015.

In 2015, Nadal Sarkytbayev advanced their academic endeavors by attending Imperial College London. Here, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Theoretical Physics, which they completed in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Nadal Sarkytbayev also obtained a certification named the Gold Duke of Edinburgh, which was awarded to him by the British Royal Family in September 2009.
