Abraham Hernandez

Abraham Hernandez is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Aptar since January 2022, Abraham has successfully led the transformation of the Eatontown site, emphasizing safety improvements through a Behavioral-Based Safety Observation Program. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Westlake Royal Building Products, where Abraham significantly improved safety performance, and various leadership positions at Corelle Brands, overseeing large budgets and teams in operations for Pyrex and Snapware products. Earlier career experience includes positions at Distinctive Plastics, Molding International and Engineering, and Ichia USA, focusing on manufacturing management and program oversight. Abraham holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Tijuana.
