Akbar Bahrami, PhD, is an analytical food scientist with over eight years of experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Senior Food Scientist at The Coca-Cola Company. They hold a PhD and have a strong background in leading product innovation, quality control, and research initiatives aimed at enhancing food safety and sustainability. Previously, Akbar held roles such as Product Manager at DöhlerGroup and R&D Scientist at Aptar, where they demonstrated excellence in project ownership, team leadership, and continuous learning.
