Melissa Bailey

Melissa Bailey, MBA, has an extensive work experience spanning from 1999 to 2022. Melissa is currently the Vice President Finance & Transformation, Beauty at Aptar since January 2022. Prior to that, Melissa held various roles at PepsiCo, including SVP Finance, CFO of the Greater China Region, and M&A and Business Development in AMENA. Melissa also worked as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch in investment banking and as an Associate at Citigroup. Melissa's career began at Carolwood Corporation, where they served as the Director for China.

Melissa Bailey earned their MBA in Finance from the Yale School of Management, graduating in 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies at McGill University from 1994 to 1998. Their earlier education includes high school at Appleby College, where they obtained High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from 1991 to 1994.
