Pratik Shah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the packaging and materials industry. Currently serving as Program Manager at Aptar since 2024, Pratik has held key leadership positions, including Director of Business Development at Formlabs and Global Product Director at Adaptive3D, where strategic vision and market penetration were paramount. Previous roles include Global Technical Marketing Director and Global Technical Services and Applications Development Manager at DSM, as well as Technology/Process Transfer Manager at Luna Innovations and Research & Program Manager at Sandia National Laboratories, where Pratik developed award-winning coatings technology.
