Sai Shankar

Sai Shankar has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Sai currently holds the position of President, Digital Health, Aptar Pharma at Aptar, where they started in December 2021. Prior to this, they served as Vice President, Digital Healthcare Systems at Aptar from May 2019 to December 2021, and as Director, Global Business Development - Connected Devices from April 2017 to May 2019. In September 2021, Sai Shankar also became co-CEO at Voluntis. Before joining Aptar and Voluntis, they worked at Allergan as Director, Global Packaging Development from February 2014 to April 2017, as Manager, Package Engineering from February 2011 to February 2014, and as Sr. Project Engineer (Packaging) from August 2008 to February 2011. Sai also gained experience at sanofi-aventis as Sr. Project Engineer (Packaging) from January 2003 to July 2008, and at Conagra Brands as a Packaging Engineer Contractor from May 2001 to July 2002. Sai Shankar began their career as a Student Assistant at Michigan State University in 1999.

Sai Shankar completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2012 to 2015, with a focus on Financial Analysis and Equity Valuation, Marketing Entry Strategy and Planning, and Venture Initiation. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, Sai Shankar pursued a Masters degree in Packaging Science from Michigan State University.
