Laura Tiedeman-Mau has over 10 years of work experience. Laura started their career as a Server and Server Trainer at Rare Hospitality in 2005. In 2007, they joined Panera Bread as an Associate Trainer and later became a Pro-Team Production Team Trainer. In 2009, Laura started working as an Editorial Consultant and Administrative/Managerial Assistant at Freelance Editing and Consulting. During this time, they provided personal editing services and supported management at Panera Bread with administrative work. Laura then joined Aptara in 2010 as an Editorial Assistant and later became a Content Architect. Laura was promoted to Manager – Front-End and Content Architecture in 2012, where they managed offshore digital front-end operations. Laura currently holds the position of Director, Operations and Project Management at Aptara, where they manage offshore digital specialists, provides administrative oversight, and leads the project management team.
