Rachna Chattoraj

Rachna Chattoraj has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of instructional design and content analysis. Rachna currently holds the position of Lead Instructional Designer at Aptara since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Instructional Designer at Aptara from 2020 to 2022.

Before joining Aptara, Rachna worked as a Senior Instructional Designer at Symbiosis Educational Consultants from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, they served as a Senior Content Analyst at ITpreneurs from 2015 to 2018 and as an Instructional Designer at Accenture from 2015 to 2015.

Furthermore, Rachna gained experience as a Content Analyst at NIIT from 2014 to 2014 and as an Instructional Designer at US Tech Solutions from 2012 to 2014. These roles have equipped their with a strong skill set and valuable expertise in their field.

Rachna Chattoraj holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Apeejay School of Management. Rachna also has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Electronics from Delhi University. In addition to their formal education, Rachna has obtained various certifications, including "Practical HTML for No-Coders," "Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization," "Communication within Teams," and "Components of Effective Learning," among others, from institutions such as LinkedIn and Google Analytics Academy. Rachna also holds a Diploma in Computer Applications from First Computers (formerly Brilliants).
