Saud Shaikh currently serves as an Instructional Design Manager at Aptara since August 2023, following a long tenure at Amazon where Saud has held the position of Learning Experience Manager since July 2017, overseeing a team of learning designers focused on design quality and team development. Prior experience includes roles as an Instructional Designer, where project management involved the creation of learning designs to meet audience success metrics and the establishment of simulation theories for risk investigation. Saud was also the Lead Instructional Designer at Aptara New Media from August 2007 to January 2017, managing multiple training development projects and responding to RFPs. Saud holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from both Ferguson College Pune and Savitribai Phule Pune University.
