Susan Titterington

Susan Titterington is a seasoned professional in healthcare revenue cycle management with extensive experience in product management and operations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Government Programs at Alpha II since January 2020, Susan effectively manages relationships with prime contractors and government customers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Previous roles include Director of Product Management and Development, where Susan established a new product management team, and Project Specialist, which involved enhancing SQL and Power BI skills. Prior to Alpha II, Susan held key positions at Practice Insight, LLC, including Chief Operating Officer and Sr. Director of Product Management and Customer Service, and was a Managing Partner at MedCo Billing Services.
