Ankita Patil

Ankita Patil is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the full recruitment life cycle in both IT and non-IT staffing. Currently serving as a Team Lead at ApTask since November 2019, Ankita handles the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating candidates for direct client placements in the US. Prior roles include Senior Technical Recruiter at Maxonic in 2018 and Recruiter at iPlace from 2015 to 2018, where Ankita conducted in-depth interviews for a diverse range of positions, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Ankita holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development in Pune and a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from Poona College of Pharmacy.
