Diana Rodrigues is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Recruiting Manager at ApTask since September 2017, Diana has developed and implemented effective recruitment strategies to attract and select high-quality candidates. Prior experience includes roles such as Team Lead at Global Associa and Talent Acquisition Lead at ApTask, where expertise in managing recruitment processes and client relationships was demonstrated. Diana's career also includes significant contributions as a US IT Recruiter at Directi (MintRPO Services) and Sr. Consultant in IT verticals at Mindshare Consultants and Epsilon Consulting. Diana holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Mumbai, along with early schooling from Mary Immiculate Girls High School.
