Dr. Rashmi Kapse

Dr. Rashmi Kapse is the Founder and CEO of AptCulture, where she helps organizations develop leaders for high performance in the global marketplace. She also serves as the Board of Directors - Communications Director at SIETAR USA and as a Mentor at AISEA. Dr. Kapse previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison and as a Sales Manager at Scandent. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Mumbai.
