Tomas Zaleckis has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tomas started their career as an IT specialist at Vičiūnai Group in 2006 and later joined Advantage Business Systems as a Dynamics NAV Support Consultant / Developer in 2007. In 2010, Tomas moved to LINKFRESH Software Limited, where they excelled as a Dynamics NAV Support Consultant / Developer and was eventually promoted to the role of Technical Support Team Manager. During their time at LINKFRESH, they developed a high-performing technical support team, resolved complex technical issues, and implemented support reporting and training sessions. In 2019, after Aptean acquired LINKFRESH, Tomas seamlessly transitioned to the role of Team Lead, Customer Support, where they managed the LINKFRESH Support Team, achieved high customer satisfaction ratings, and maintained successful remote operations across the UK and the US.
Tomas Zaleckis earned a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Informatics from Kaunas University of Technology from 2002 to 2006. In 2008, they completed an English Course in Business Communication at London Metropolitan University. Additionally, Tomas has obtained multiple certifications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV from Microsoft.
