Weronika Kimak is an experienced recruiter currently serving as a Recruiter for the DACH and EMEA regions at Aptean since June 2023, following a role as Associate Recruiter in the same regions. Weronika manages end-to-end recruitment across various departments, including IT, HR, R&D, Finance, and more, utilizing multiple sourcing channels to identify top talent. Prior to this, Weronika worked at Capita as a Junior Recruiter, focusing on high-volume Customer Service positions across the EMEA region. Weronika's career began at Computacenter as an IT Analyst, providing technical support and managing IT incidents. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, Weronika is expected to graduate in 2024.
