Noor Khaskhely has held various positions throughout their career. Noor is currently working as a Sr. Medical Director at Aptevo Therapeutics Inc since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Worldwide Clinical Trials from April 2019 to August 2021 as a Sr. Medical Director, specializing in Medical Affairs/Oncology, IMID, and Rare Diseases. From July 2016 to March 2019, they worked at NCGS, Inc. as a Medical Monitor, focusing on Medical Affairs and Clinical Development. Before that, they worked as a Staff Scientist at the Medical University of South Carolina from September 2015 to July 2016. Noor also served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Toledo from August 2009 to August 2015, actively engaging in clinical studies and project management. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Scientist at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where they conducted pre-clinical and clinical studies and managed volunteer data and records. Noor also served as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at MD Anderson Cancer Center, working on various projects related to immune suppression and skin cancer development. Noor started their career at the University of The Ryukyus as a Research Assistant Professor, where they designed and oversaw laboratory experiments and assisted dermatologists in acquiring samples from patients.
Noor Khaskhely obtained a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MD) degree from Chandka Medical College in Larkana, Pakistan, completing the program from 1985 to 1990. Following this, they pursued further education and earned a PhD in Dermatology and Immunology from the University of The Ryukyus in Okinawa, Japan, attending from 1997 to 2001.
Additionally, Noor Khaskhely obtained a certification as a FACSAria Operator from BD Biosciences in May 2011.
