Chris Williams

Chris Williams is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in finance process improvement, financial planning, and analysis. Currently serving as Interim Finance Technology Business Partner at Aptia Group since September 2025, Chris collaborates with the CTO team to enhance budgeting, governance, and management information while driving process improvements and integration synergies. Prior roles include leading a group-wide finance process improvement initiative at Compass Group and managing finance transformation for a global S/4 HANA business program. Chris has also contributed to BAE Systems Digital Intelligence as a Finance Planning & Analysis Manager and held finance positions at Berkeley Group Holdings Plc, RTS Solutions Ltd, and HumphrisHall. Academic credentials include ACCA certification and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from Cardiff University.
