Caroline Lau

Caroline Lau has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Caroline is currently working at Aptible as the VP of People, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as an Advisor at Aptible and a Fractional People & Talent Leader at an undisclosed company in 2023. In 2021, Caroline worked as a Mentor at First Round Capital and as the Head of People at Sprig. Caroline held the position of VP of People Operations at Aptible from 2018 to 2021. Caroline's earlier experience includes being the VP of People Operations at Architizer and the Director of Operations and Head of People at Artsy. Caroline also held roles at Give Real and Rosetta in the past.
