Josh John is currently the Technical Support Lead at Aptible. Prior to this, they served as a Technical Consultant at HubSpot from February 2018 to April 2021. Josh provided expertise on modeling and translating data structures and business processes to the HubSpot platform, integrating proprietary and third-party applications and services with HubSpot through APIs, and advanced HubSpot usage and front-end design work. Josh also trained and worked effectively with customers of varying technical skill sets by level setting and empathetic listening. Lastly, they advocated for customer needs internally with Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams by providing feedback on customer experience and pain points with a variety of tools.

Before their time at HubSpot, Josh John was a Pyramid Program Case Worker at Plummer Youth Promise from September 2016 to July 2017. Josh began their professional career as an Intern at Plummer Home from January 2016 to May 2016.

Josh John has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Gordon College and is certified in Wilderness First Aid from SOLO Wilderness Medical School.
