Nathan Miller is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at APTIM, with extensive experience in environmental oversight for retail petroleum construction across the Southeast, Midwest, and Midatlantic regions since September 2005. Responsibilities include managing all facets of new facility construction, such as due diligence, construction oversight, phase II assessments, dewatering permitting, fuel system closure and installation, site assessments, and site remediation. Prior to this role, Nathan served as an Animal Caretaker at Busch Gardens in Tampa and worked as a Marine Biologist/Observer for Alaskan Observers, Inc. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of South Florida.
