Dorothy F. Hight

Dorothy “Dolly” Hight has more than 24 years of experience working for Cleared Defense Contractors and oversees Aptima’s corporate headquarters in Woburn, MA. With her background and expertise, she has been instrumental in Aptima expanding its operations to offices in Washington DC, Dayton OH, and most recently Orlando FL, guiding the implementation of security operations in each of those locations. During her tenure and in large part due to her constant vigilance and professionalism, Aptima has twice been the recipient of the prestigious James S. Cogswell Outstanding Industrial Security Achievement Award, first in 2007 and then again 2014.

Dolly serves as the Secretary of the NCMS New England Chapter for the term starting January 2019 through December 31, 2021. For over 50 years, NCMS has provided building blocks in the development of security professionals through in-depth training, mentoring, and certification; as well as offering industry a voice at the national security policy level.
