What is Aptiv? Aptiv provides a spectrum of innovative support through customized services for individuals with disabilities, age 3 through adult. Aptiv offers benefits counseling, behavioral support, job placement, community and in-home support services, residential services and therapeutic day programming to help individuals with disabilities develop the skills and confidence required to live more-independent and more-engaged lives. With guidance and support from Aptiv professional staff, individuals with disabilities develop the skills they need to thrive in the community. Aptiv operates facilities in Blair, Black River Falls, Janesville, La Crosse, Mondovi, Sparta, Tomah, and Viroqua — and provides services to individuals with disabilities in rural areas across 42 counties in Wisconsin. Aptiv is service, personalized. Every service we provide is in support of our mission, to provide a spectrum of innovative support for individuals with disabilities so they may live more independent lives. We’d also like you to know that we are a private, non-profit organization. Our services are funded by a combination of sources, including government benefit programs, private insurance, individual personal payments and generous donations made to the Aptiv Foundation.
