Beatriz Jimenez

Beatriz Jimenez, MOD, possesses extensive experience in talent management and human resources across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Talent Management at Aptiv, Beatriz has previously held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Director of Talent Management, Engagement and DEI, and VP of HR for South America at Dana Incorporated. Other notable positions include HR Director for the Transportation Division at MOBILITY ADO, HR Director for the Ramos Arizpe Complex at General Motors, and HR Manager at NUMMI TLO Joint Venture GM-Toyota. Beatriz holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University, as well as a degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México.
